The Peer Review
The peer review, its responses and the followup to the responses are kind of confusing.
The Peer Review
Landtech was hired to perform a Peer Review on Application 21-06 from 2021. They presented 6 pages of suggestions and they pointed out missing tests and missing data both in the testing and in the application.
Landtech's followup to this
Landtech returned a document with comments as to whether the applicant had satisfied their application 21-06 suggestions or not. They also pointed out a missing document and some remaining actions required.
Scannell's Responses
Scannell submitted Application 22-02 documents which included their 21-06 Peer Review responses and the results of further testing.
The recent Landtech follow-up addressed the original 21-06 peer review suggestions and the applicants responses on those suggestions.
Landtech's recent follow-up did not address directly the new application, did not address directly the new site plans, nor the remainder of the appl. 22-02.
Application. 22-02 has unreviewed plans and details that changed since the original application. These have not been reviewed by Landtech.
Is there a need for a Peer Review on these new plans?
Or need for an independant water study to be done?
